SPPA offers endorsement of learning programmes that meet our Standards of Education and Training (SETs) in social pedagogy.

Currently the following learning programmes have been granted endorsement (programmes are listed A-Z):

Category 1 programmes:

• Crossfields Level 3 Diploma in Social Pedagogy
  Taught by Jacaranda, available as an Open Course in 2018.
• Crossfields Level 3 Diploma in Social Pedagogy
  Taught by ThemPra, available as an Open Course in 2018.
• Crossfields Level 5 Diploma in Social Pedagogy
  Taught by Jacaranda
• Crossfields Level 5 Diploma in Social Pedagogy
  Taught by ThemPra
• MA in Social Pedagogy
  Taught at the University of Salford on a PT/FT basis from September 2018.

Category 2 programmes:

• BA (Hons) Working With Children & Young People taught at Kingston University. “We are so proud of our BA (Hons) Working With Children & Young People: Social Pedagogy course, and applying for endorsement from the Social Pedagogy Professional Association felt like the next natural step in celebrating our programme and getting it the recognition we feel it deserves. All of our students are passionate about social pedagogy practice, and as a University we wanted to recognise their hard work, skill, and expertise in this discipline. The process of applying for Category 2 endorsement was easy and enjoyable; the SPPA staff were there at every stage to help us with our application and answer any questions we had. Most of all, we felt like we joined the social pedagogy family in the UK, and we are happy to give all of our first year students full SPPA membership.”
